Each full session can run from 45 minutes to 60 minutes depending on the type of workout done that day. 30-minute power sessions are a full 30 minutes; it is recommended you get your warm-up in before your session starts. 24-hour cancellation is required to cancel a session. No-shows and cancellations with little notice will be charged for session. Remember, we train early mornings, evenings and weekends and some holidays.

Block Sessions have no expiration, and are transferable to other members in the gym only (Train with another person for an additional $20.00 per session)

8 and 12-week programs have an expiration date, so it's very important to make a commitment to the program by sticking with a 3-x week training program and the eating plan. 8-week program expires 10 weeks after beginning of program (2 additional weeks of training is added to make up any sessions missed to illness or vacation) 12-week program expires 14 weeks after beginning program. Non-transferable

Add another person to the 8 and 12 week programs; train together; for an additional $20.00 per session.

Monthly Flat Rate Program: This is an economical program for individuals that have hectic schedules, with travel, family, and other responsibilites.that need more flexibility in a personal training program but still know they have a set time always locked in with their trainer. You pay a $250.00 deposit (which will lock in a slot with your preferred personal trainer) then you pay the monthly minimum fee at the 1st of the month. You are guaranteed up to 3 sessions per week, but have the option of training more in the week. If you go over that monthly minimum fee with your training sessions, you just pay the difference. You pay any additional charges at the beginning of the new month. EFT program only. Billing done on 1st of month. 30 day written notice to cancel is required. Minimum 2 months to start program.

Pantry Clean up (please note any unopened dry goods or canned foods and other non-perishable items will be donated to the local homeless shelter).

Studio Membership required for in studio training. Monthly Rate is between $39.00 and $48.00 monthly only. 6 month and 1 year terms available. With this membership you have 24-hour secured access to gym, you have access to tanning beds, showers, and lockers. Cardio theatres are included on all cardio machines. Headphones are required to activate Cable TV on cardio machines. You will have access to the other Anytime Fitness Locations nationwide 4 weeks after you begin your membership.
