Pantry Clean Up (With your assistance, we will remove all unhealthy food items from your home (all non-perishable food will be donated to the local homeless shelter).

Transitional Eating Plan that fits into your lifestyle - We will create a detailed menu along with recipes and a grocery list Bi-Monthly Body Measurements Before and After Shots.
